If you cannot access something either on the server or on our forums, we would like you to calmly state what is happening. We want to help you. We cannot help someone who is freaking out, so please try to stay calm.


Reporting (Non-Admin individual)

If there is a player that is disrupting gameplay, and there is not an authoritive member to deal with the problem online, then you can report them with this Format:

Name: (Your name In-game)
BL_ID: (Your Blockland ID)
Player: (The players name you are reporting in-game)
Player's BL_ID: (The players Blockland ID)

What did the individual do? Explain: (How did the player potentially harm the server?)



Evidence: (Photos? Any evidence that supports your claim)
Witnesses: (Can be your friends, or any random people who were present while this was going on)

Example:

Name: Puffin
BL_ID: 35521
Player: Candleshoe
Player's BL_ID: 22431

What did the individual do? Explain: The individual spammed massively and kept saying racist things. I told him to stop, but he just kept going


Evidence:
Witnesses: Big John, Big Joe, Big Jordan


Reporting (Administrator)

In the extremely rare event that you find one of our staff members abusing, you may use this format:

Name: (Your name In-game)
BL_ID: (Your Blockland ID)
Administrator: (Admins name)
Administrator's BL_ID: (The admins Blockland ID)

What did the Administrator do? Explain: (Tell us with your words how this admin abused)


Evidence: (Photos? Anything that supports your claim)
Witnesses: (Can be your friends, or any random people who were present while this was going on)

Example:

Name: Puffin
BL_ID: 35521
Administrator: Dr.Diep
Administrator's BL_ID: 16235

What did the Administrator do? Explain: We were all playing at Hater's, when Dr.Diep joined the server. He started spamming and being a jerk to all my friends


Evidence:
Witnesses: Big Dan, Big Dave, Big David

System

The conclusion is made based on the evidence and the amount of witnesses. This is not always the case. If your name came up in the witnesses part of the format, you are permitted 1 Point (+/-)

You may give your opinion on it, but most likely your opinion won't be necessary. Once again the conclusion is made on evidence and witnesses.

If we find the evidence supports your claim, the conclusion will be Accepted. If it is not good in any sort of matter, the conclusion will be Denied. Only a Super Administrator may Accept or Deny your claim.
